These terms and conditions ("Terms","Agreement") are an agreement between Slim Therapeutics, LLC ("SlimTherapeutics, LLC", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). Accounts and membership

Billing and payments

You shall pay all fees or charges to your account inaccordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time afee or charge is due and payable. If auto-renewal is enabled for the Servicesyou have subscribed for, you will be charged automatically in accordance withthe term you selected. If, in our judgment, your purchase constitutes ahigh-risk transaction, we will require you to provide us with a copy of yourvalid government-issued photo identification, and possibly a copy of a recentbank statement for the credit or debit card used for the purchase. We reservethe right to change products and product pricing at any time. We also reservethe right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our solediscretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household orper order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the samecustomer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billingand/or shipping address. Backups

We perform regular backups of the Website and Content,however, these backups are for our own administrative purposes only and are inno way guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of yourdata. We do not provide any sort of compensation for lost or incomplete data inthe event that backups do not function properly. We will do our best to ensurecomplete and accurate backups, but assume no responsibility for this duty.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregateliability of Slim Therapeutics, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees,agents, suppliers and licensors relating to the services will be limited to anamount greater of one dollar or any amounts actually paid in cash by you to SlimTherapeutics, LLC for the prior one month period prior to the first event oroccurrence giving rise to such liability. The limitations and exclusions alsoapply if this remedy does not fully compensate you for any losses or fails ofits essential purpose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Slim Therapeutics, LLC andits affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensorsharmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damages or costs, includingreasonable attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with or arising from anythird party allegations, claims, actions, disputes, or demands asserted againstany of them as a result of or relating to the Content, your use of the Websiteor Services or any willful misconduct on your part.

Severability

All rights and restrictions contained in this Agreement maybe exercised and shall be applicable and binding only to the extent that theydo not violate any applicable laws and are intended to be limited to the extentnecessary so that they will not render this Agreement illegal, invalid orunenforceable. If any provision or portion of any provision of this Agreementshall be held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a court of competentjurisdiction, it is the intention of the parties that the remaining provisionsor portions thereof shall constitute their agreement with respect to thesubject matter hereof, and all such remaining provisions or portions thereofshall remain in full force and effect.

Dispute resolution

The formation, interpretation, and performance of thisAgreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by thesubstantive and procedural laws of Arkansas, United States without regard toits rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, the lawsof United States. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related tothe subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in Arkansas, UnitedStates, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Youhereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of orrelated to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for theInternational Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.

Assignment

You may not assign, resell, sub-license or otherwisetransfer or delegate any of your rights or obligations hereunder, in whole orin part, without our prior written consent, which consent shall be at our ownsole discretion and without obligation; any such assignment or transfer shallbe null and void. We are free to assign any of its rights or obligationshereunder, in whole or in part, to any third party as part of the sale of allor substantially all of its assets or stock or as part of a merger.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or itspolicies relating to the Website or Services at any time, effective uponposting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. When we do, wewill revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of theWebsite after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Acceptance of these terms

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agreeto all its terms and conditions. By using the Website or its Services you agreeto be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms ofthis Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Website and itsServices.
